(Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, Multi-Bran Chex, Honey Nut Chex, and NEW Chocolate Chex)

See the one on the right? I bought this today and can't stop eating it. Basically, it's a box of Rice Chex (already delicious on its own) in which half of the chex pieces are lightly dusted with sweet and yummy cocoa.

Now, if only I had found the ready-to-go packets of Watermelon-Kiwi Invisible Kool-Aid with the sugar already mixed in, it would have been a perfect trip to the grocery store.

It really is a cereal day for you, isn't it? When I read your last post, all I could think was, "mmm....cap'n crunch..."

To continue our chat about NYC sucks when it comes to finding most everything, I was in my local C-Town asking about Invisible Kool-Aid the other day, and the cashier pointed me to the Crystal Light On-the-Go packs. And I was like, "No, no, no." I asked her where the regular Crystal Light was, and she had to ask another cashier if they even carried it at all.

CRYSTAL LIGHT! At Kroger, I have my choice between that and Wyler's and Country Time and a hundred other mixes. Bastards!

C-Town? Is that seriously what you have instead of Krogers and Giant Eagles and Meijers? When I read "C-Town", I immediately thought of Columbus.

Yeah, I guess C-Town is a staple of the outer boroughs. I never saw one until I left Manhattan, but Wen assures me that they're NYC 4-LYFE. The name is nearly as bad as that of Gristedes, which I want to pronounce like the Spanish grease-TED-ace but is actually pronounced gris-TEED-ees. I argued and argued with Todd about it until we heard a cardboard cutout of a cowboy in one of the stores thanking us for shopping at gris-TEED-ees from a little speaker attached to his back. Disappointment.
